GCSEs are fast approaching so I am getting busier – duh!

In a bid to continue on this healthy eating path, I have increased my prep activities. I normally prepare my soups and sauces and meats beforehand but I always try to prepare my vegetables the day I eat them.

That changed this weekend and will continue for the next six weeks…. So beginning today I made my soup for the week and in addition to that I also riced my cauliflower as well. This is me hoping it stays fresh for the week.

Tomorrow I will make my sauces and grate and spiralise my courgettes…
