Well I have never been known to back down from a challenge so I too decided to make my almond flour bagel last night.
The trouble was the recipe called for mozzarella and I had cheddar and since I wasn’t willing to go to Tesco in the middle of the night, I settled for cheddar.
Another thing I realised a little too late was that I had melted too much cheese so I used one egg instead of two and more almond flour than I had anticipated.
All in all it was a good first attempt.
