I am still discovering the many uses of almond flour and yesterday I found one more – Flatbread (or naan, or tortilla or whatever name you choose) The beautiful thing is that there are many varieties and you can tweak it as you choose.

Well I added a tablespoon of psyllium husk and coconut flour to mine. It turned out to be more cracker than naan but next time I may skip the coconut flour or add an extra egg.

All in all it turned out lovely with my stew…
