Before I started a low carb diet I could go a week without bread because I had many alternatives. However once I started this low carb lifestyle I began to feel like I was missing out on bread (ironic, I know)

Anyways, I have done the cloud bread and the keto Roti (flatbread) and tonight I finally did the real bread. I did use almond flour and a lot of eggs but it came out fine even though it looks more like pound cake than bread.

I have to thank http://www.ketoconnect.net for the recipe and i was able to get 13 slices. Imagine that!!!
