Trying to finish the courgettes in my fridge and decided to fry it like chips.  I usually bake my courgette to make it chips but this time around I just fried it. I also peeled off the skin to give it the realistic chippy look.

I fried my eggs with spring onions and chopped sausages and had a lovely meal.
