I am not really a fan of oats porridge or corn flakes as breakfast options. But I hit my full of salads last week and decided to start looking into keto porridge or flakes alternatives.

So a couple of Internet searches later and I discover many options. Today I tried the coconut flour porridge and it turned out amazing.

My ingredients were coconut flour, milled chia seeds, ghee, stevia, double cream and an egg.

Real Fun and I garnished with strawberries and blackberries
