One of my biggest issues with trying to eat healthier was finding the time to make the meals.
Over the past month I have realised that just like with everything else that pertains to life, there are always ways around it. My fridge may have more containers than usual but I have found that it helps to store already made pasta sauce, varieties of pepper sauces, various per boiled meats and sliced vegetables handy in the fridge.
Once in a while you get that occasional one that ‘goes off’ but hey that is life being lived.
Case in point, I had an hour before heading out and I was able to make cauliflower pottage, eat and post this blog before dashing out. All I had to do was cut and boil my cauliflower. Everything else was ready.
