Unlike most people or maybe like most people I do my vegetables shopping on Monday. This usually means that by Sunday I’m scrambling in the fridge looking for something semi healthy to eat – this may also account for the fact while Sundays tend to be my ‘eat anything day’ or ‘Cheat Meal Day’ as those super smart people would say.

Well I had some leftover cabbage, one spring onion, the head of my lettuce (uhh) and a chilli. Didn’t need science to tell me that I was going to fry cabbage. However I substituted my coconut oil for palm oil and I had some wings I had grilled the night before.

This I paired with my ‘almost there cloud bread’ lol
